I take a very photojournalistic approach to children’s photography. The photos I love to capture are those that are most natural of your child. It may take awhile to get them comfortable with the camera, but once they do, you are sure to get some sweet smiles. I like to catch their expressions when they are interacting with Mom, siblings, or myself. It is in these moments that you can capture the honest beauty of your child & family.
If you are looking to do engagement, bridal, portrait, or family shots, we can discuss *your* style and what kind of shots you are looking for in particular. For these type of photoshoots, I certainly still take a photojournalistic approach, but it will tend to be a bit more structured. Feel free to discuss with me any kind of props that are have special meaning to you — locations that hold memories — hobbies — anything that describes you. Most of all, relax. You look best as your natural, happy self!
